10-week video course
Step-by-step training that shows you exactly how I sell yachts: from mindset and niche, through prospecting, calls, offers, objections, negotiation and closing. Each module includes 3 focused video lessons, a workbook and a practical assignment on a real or potential client.
Weekly live calls + monthly Deal Clinics
During the first 10 weeks you join one live call per week to ask questions, role-play client conversations and get feedback on your messages and offers. After that, we meet once a month for “Deal Clinic” calls where we work on your current leads and plan your next moves.
1:1 mentoring with me (12 sessions)
Across 12 months you get at least 12 private sessions with me, focused only on your situation: your niche, your network, your first leads, your offers, your negotiations and your first closing. This is where we fine-tune your strategy and fix your weak points fast.
Deal Lab – work on a real yacht sale
The heart of the program: we don’t simulate deals, we work on real ones. Either you apply the system to your own client, or you join one of my live transactions as a shadow (when possible). You see the real process from first contact to money sent – and learn how to do it yourself.
Private WhatsApp group (max 20 people)
 You join a closed WhatsApp group with your cohort – a small circle of people on the same path. You can ask very specific questions like “my client just wrote this, how do I reply?” and get direct feedback from me and the group.
My name is Tomasz Wrzesinski,
and for more than 20 years I’ve been doing one thing: turning people’s dreams about the sea into reality – opening the world of motor yachts to them and giving them unforgettable moments and emotions.
I started in 2005, selling Sessa Marine yachts in Poland when the market was almost non-existent. There was no playbook and no line of ready buyers – I had to create demand from scratch and learn how to sell yachts in a country where almost nobody was buying them.
In 2019 my company became the official dealer of Ferretti Yachts and Pershing in Poland, and in the following years we received multiple awards from Ferretti for our growth in sales. In 2022 we opened a branch in Monaco, following our Polish and European clients to the places where they actually live and play.
Today we focus mainly on selling new yachts and on finding buyers, not just listing boats. I don’t see myself as a traditional broker – I see myself as a yacht sales expert. For me, every transaction is a carefully planned piece of art, and my clients treat me more like a trusted advisor and “friend for boats” than a salesman.
