My name is Tomasz Wrzesinski,

and for more than 20 years I’ve been doing one thing: turning people’s dreams about the sea into reality – opening the world of motor yachts to them and giving them unforgettable moments and emotions.

 

In 2005, when the Polish yacht market was still almost non-existent, I started selling Sessa Marine boats in Poland. There was no ready-made path, no booming market, no queues of clients. We had to build everything from scratch – demand, trust, and even basic awareness that a motor yacht could be a natural next step in a successful person’s life.
Step by step, deal by deal, this grew into a serious business.
In 2019, our company became the official Ferretti Yachts and Pershing dealer for Poland.
For me, that was a clear signal: what we were doing in Poland – in a market that didn’t really exist when we started – was now recognised by one of the most important shipyards in the world.
In the following years, we received awards from Ferretti Group for our sales growth. That didn’t happen by chance – it was the result of years of carefully planned work with clients, long-term relationships and a lot of time spent on board.
In 2022, we opened an office in Monaco.
Why Monaco?
Because that’s where many of our Polish and international clients naturally are. Instead of waiting for them to come to us, we went to the place where their yachts, their holidays and their lifestyle already exist.
Today, we successfully sell mainly new yachts and specialise in finding and developing buyers, not in doing “everything for everyone”. I am not the typical broker who spends his days chasing listings and managing charters.
I see each transaction as a form of art.
Every deal must be very well-planned: who the decision makers are in the family, what they really want from the yacht, what they are afraid of, and what will make them truly happy on the water.
Over the years I’ve had situations where a client had already signed a preliminary agreement with another company – and still ended up buying the yacht with me. Not because I was cheaper or louder, but because I listened better, I planned better, and I understood what really mattered to them.
My clients don’t see me as “a salesman”.
They see me as a trusted advisor and yacht expert – almost like “a friend who understands boats” rather than a person trying to push a product.
I don’t just help people buy and sell motor yachts.
I fulfil dreams, deliver strong emotions, open up the world of motor yachting for them and their families, and create moments they will remember for the rest of their lives.
What differentiates me from many brokers is that I constantly look for new ways of finding clients – including using modern technologies and new channels. When others are still doing what worked 10 years ago, I try to stay one step ahead: new platforms, new forms of communication, even experimenting with things like crypto and digital projectsaround yachting when it makes sense.
That’s why I always say:
I am not really a broker.
I am an expert who sells – and my job is to connect the right people with the right yachts in the smartest possible way.
